Additionally, our design package is created to support your build team, and we coordinate with your builder and quality-check on-site at major milestones.
What’s the difference between Full-Service Design-to-Build Concierge and interior design consultations? Full service includes drawings/specs and ongoing project involvement & on-demand advice for specific decisions. Consultations focus on finish selections with minimal post-design involvement (no drawings or site visits)
When should I hire an interior designer for a custom home or renovation in Austin? As early as possible—so we can review plans/elevations/lighting, develop space plans, and align selections with budget before construction decisions lock in, but we can step in as needed—starting with a discovery call and an on-site consultation to map next steps.
What’s included in furnishings and procurement services? We select furnishings/decor, source, order, coordinate delivery, and manage installation for furniture, lighting, art, and accessories when items arrive.
How long does a full-service interior design project usually take? We begin with discovery + an on-site consultation, then provide a detailed proposal and project-specific timeline. From there: concept design → final presentation (with one revision) → deliverables/specs → procurement + order management → milestone site visits → installation once items arrive at the receiving warehouse.
