Our Lake Austin project was a partial renovation, or “refresh”. We renovated main floor, removing the beige tile, replacing with waterproof LVP, focusing on the Kitchen and Guest Bath.
The kitchen refresh consisted of new counters, cabinet faces, tile, plumbing fixtures and hardware. We kept the butcher block island that the resident sourdough baker could not part with.
We designed for a complete gut of the powder bath and we created mood boards for new family and dining room furnishings including rug, sofas, accessories and accent pillows.
